Contacting Us

The system is very simple to reach us — we have made ourselves available to you at just a call or a click. The call will be attended by our executive who will take down your details and forward the same to the concerned department. We will then fix a survey day as suitable for you. You can also reach us by filling a query form available on our website.

Step 02

Survey

Our Survey Executive visits you at your premises as fixed and is equipped with all the required tools that assist in evaluating the goods to be transported. This ensures an accurate and fair assessment before any commitment is made.

Step 03

Estimation

We provide an Estimated Cost for the move via Email or Physical Copy. On consent of the customer, we finalize the shifting deal and give you a brief about the requirements and the workings. We then plan the entire moving process as per your requirement.

Step 04

Confirmation

Once confirmation of the booking is done, we book the dates and time that work best for you. This locks in your move so our team is fully prepared and allocated for your specific requirements.

Step 05

Packing

The Packing Crew along with a supervisor will reach your premises on the confirmed day and time. Our team is well trained on all packing techniques tailored to the delicacy of each item. Glass items receive multiple-layer protective cushioning, while white goods are handled with cord protection before standard packing procedures are applied.

Step 06

One Point Contact

We assign you a single point of contact from our side who will coordinate and assist you throughout the entire process — from the moment of booking right up to delivery and unpacking at the destination. You will never need to chase multiple people for updates.

Step 07

Transportation

The goods carrier as agreed is placed at your premises during packing. All packed goods are loaded on board and the consignment is transported as planned — securely, on time, and under supervision throughout the journey.

Step 08

Tracking

The driver or helper of the goods carrier remains in constant contact with your one point contact and is able to notify you about the delivery status as and when asked. You stay informed at every stage of transit.

Step 09

Destination

The offloading crew reaches your premises upon arrival of the goods carrier, offloads all goods, and arranges them in your new premises as per your specific requirements — so you walk into a ready, organised space.

Step 10

Customer Care

In case of any issues that may arise for any reason, your one point contact will coordinate with the required team to get it settled within due time, so that you don't face any inconvenience. All claims for damages or losses incurred are settled on priority, so that your trust in us remains "unscratched".
