Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking with Dev Packers & Movers. These terms help ensure clear communication, safe handling, and smooth coordination for every relocation.
- Packing will be done by us using best quality packing materials such as brown paper, bubble wrap, thermocol, polythene, and standard quality corrugated rolls.
- We require a minimum notice period of five days to commence the job.
- We require a minimum of 15 liters of petrol in the car if you are transporting your vehicle along with your consignment.
- Carrying liquor, gas cylinders, acid, or any kind of liquid items such as oil or ghee tins is strictly prohibited. Gas cylinders may be carried only at the owner’s risk.
- Dismantling of cots will be done by us. However, we do not handle electrical or plumbing work, including removal of fans, air conditioners, geysers, tube lights, or water purifiers (RO).
- The quotation provided is valid for 15 days, subject to no increase in diesel or petrol prices.
- Cheque payments will not be accepted for destinations below 700 KM.
- All packing materials remain the property of Dev Packers & Movers. Customers are requested to return the materials, especially carton boxes, after completion of the job. If carton boxes are retained by the client, additional charges of ₹70 per box will apply.
- Customers are requested to inform us in advance about any critical conditions at the destination address, such as narrow staircases or long carrying distances.
- All payments should be made in favor of M/s. Dev Packers & Movers.
- GST charges will be extra as per government regulations.
- Octroi or other applicable local charges will be charged extra.
- Full payment must be made at the loading point.
- The carrier or their agents shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to accidents, pilferage, fire, rain, collision, or other road/river hazards. Customers are strongly advised to insure their goods under carrier risk coverage.

Important Notes
- Please keep your cash, jewellery, and valuables in your personal lock or safe custody.
- Insurance of goods/materials should be arranged by the customer.
- Booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
